{inka orange) - 1973

This is Inka, Inka is a 1973 BMW 2002 fun little vintage car. If you haven't already noticed I love all things vintage, rollei, super 8, cars, etc.. I was driving back from a San Francisco wedding last year and saw this model car on the roads and I fell in love..

As I was doing some research I soon found out that this car is more popular that I thought..So in talking to friends and family about this model (2002 bmw) I soon found out that many of them loved them, or had one, or knew someone who had one in the past.. My good friend Gene Higa had one back in the day and raced it..

So while Sandy Pan was here on her 1 on 1 workshop we took it out on a drive around town, It was the first time I had guests in the car so I was a little nervous, but it all worked out fine..

{chelsea and tec} engaged - tennessee

A few weeks back Lacie, my assistant and I were in Nashville, Tennessee to photograph Tec and Chelsea's beautiful wedding. It was held in a barn in a small town named Franklin about 1/2 hour from Nashville.. It was stunning.. I will share those images soon..

For now here are some images from their engagement session that I shot a day before the wedding. I was actually shooting their rehearsal dinner and decided to make it a fun engagement shoot.

{published}

I submit to about 8 of my favorite wedding magazines about 3 times a year. Many photographers ask me why magazines submissions are so important.. the answer is simple, EXPOSURE to the real bride.. and also to the vendors out there that make these weddings and brides and grooms so beautiful and happy.. This season Im pleased with these published works with 4 more that will not come out until the end of this summer. For now here are the ones on the news stands today.

Martha Stewart Weddings definitely one of my favorite wedding mags. out there!

{delbarr and arash} engaged - san francisco

Last week, Lacie my assistant and I went to San Francisco for a special engagement session. Delbarr and Arash are getting married at the Kohl Mansionin Burlinggame on the big 08.08.08 date.

I asked Delbarr where they wanted to have their photos taken for the session and she told me of a few locations that meant a lot to the both of them. I love it when the locations are beautiful and to top it off there is meaning behind the backdrop, makes it so much more special.
