Christiana and Scott were married at Wave Hill in the Bronx a few weeks back. It was a chilly day, but a very beautiful one.. they smiled all day long.. loved it!
Christiana and Scott had such a great sense of style with design, food, location, and music.. I loved how they had Bluegrass music.. my favorite, reminds me of a wedding I shot a few years back in West Virginia.
Malin and James are getting married in Palm Springs this September at the Viceroy.. Alexandra Kolendrianos will be the wedding planner, I can't wait!
I was in New York for Christiana and Scott's wedding a few weeks back, so Malin and James, and I decided to meet up and shoot their engagement session around their neighborhood. The day had been raining and we were very close to calling it off, but the rain stopped and we went through with the shoot, and Im so happy we did.
During the session as we were shooting, a young boy and his mother were walking across the street with what looked like a thousand white balloons. My heart was racing with excitement.. I immediately ran over to the boy and asked if I could use his balloons for the photoshoot, he replied with a "yes, but don't let them go" I was so nervous after he said that.. with my luck I was going to let them go while passing them off to james to hold for the photo..
I shot Malin and James with the balloons super fast so that the boy could have his balloons back from his first communion party.
Joel Serrato of Joel Serrato Films did it again!! whoot! We worked along side each other for Ashley and Todd's wedding in Summerland, CA. The day was just perfect, and Ashley and Todd were so great and easy to work with.
I love this film, it's so fun just like the day was and Joel did an awesome job filming it to tell an awesome story.. Im excited because Joel and I have many weddings together this year, even 1 in Singapore.. can't wait.. not looking forward to the 18 hour flight over there, but I wont think about that part until 1 hour before I step on that HUGE plane.
I shoot with it every chance I get, and that isn't much.. ha ha, but when I do I love it!

-First forgive me for not updating my blog in a while, it's been crazy busy with some amazing weddings, engagement shoots galore, 1 on 1 workshops and a list of other fun stuff. I will post Ashley and Todd's wedding soon.
-Lacie and I are currently in tennessee to shoot Tec and Chelsea's wedding. I have never been to tennessee and I can tell you that it's so green and beautiful here.. I love it! We went to visit the farm house where their wedding is going to be.. It's simply out of this world.. wow.. I can't wait, and it doesn't hurt that Tec and Chelsea are stunningly beautiful. Oh and the farm house belongs to Michael W. Smith the getting ready will be in his house.. yay!
